Google login, a unified credit wallet, expanded free tools, and GEO monitoring upgrades
v1.3.0 · August 26, 2026
Added
- Sign in with Google. One-click Google login alongside email/password.
- Unified credit wallet. Every plan's separate scan/keyword/AI-visibility wallets are now one Kinetix Credit pool, plus a new Scale tier and an add-on flow to buy extra tracked-site, keyword, or competitor slots without upgrading plans.
- Credit cost shown inline. Every paid action now shows what it costs before you click it.
- Dedicated Keyword Research page. Its own page with per-tier daily search caps, separate from the site workspace.
- Free tools expanded from 5 to 15. More no-login micro-tools for quick one-off checks.
- GEO Readiness Score badge. An embeddable badge sites can display, backed by your live score.
- AI Overview signal for GEO-only keywords. Keywords tracked for GEO now show whether they trigger a Google AI Overview, not just AI-chat citations.
- GEO score trend on the Dashboard. A movers before/after line chart showing how your GEO Readiness Score is trending.
- Monitoring tabs redesigned. The Sites workspace monitoring tabs now show real data-driven graphs instead of static summaries.
- Backlinks list + refresh. See individual backlinks and refresh them on demand instead of just a domain-level count.
- Crawl status-code chart. A distribution chart of HTTP status codes found during a crawl.
- IndexNow submission live. Pages are now actually submitted to IndexNow on publish, with automatic retry if a batch fails.
- RSS feed made discoverable. The existing feed is now linked and ordered properly instead of sitting unlinked.
- Competitor comparison pages. New public "KinetixSEO vs. X" pages.
Improved
- Keyword gap accuracy. Synonymous attribute names are canonicalized before gap classification, cutting down on false gaps.
- Rank-tracking reliability. DataForSEO calls are now rate-limited and isolated onto their own queue, and nightly tracking dispatch is staggered to avoid a thundering herd against the provider.
- Site scan reliability. Scans on real-world sites no longer die partway through the Site Files stage; that stage now reports 6 real progress steps instead of one opaque one.
- Clearer in-product copy. Ambiguous actions and confirmations across the authenticated product now explain what they do and what happened.
- AI Overview saturation check. A pre-flight audit before running AI Overview checks, to avoid wasted allowance on saturated queries.
Fixed
- Free plan credit grant. The Free plan's monthly Kinetix Credit grant was being topped back up to a nonzero amount — corrected to zero.
- geo_sweep / llms_txt pricing gaps. Two actions were undercharging relative to their real cost.
- Backlinks subdomain scope. The backlinks list was silently excluding subdomains from some sites' totals.
- AI-visibility "draft a fix" redirect. Drafting a fix from the AI tab landed on the wrong tab, and results didn't poll in once ready.
- Fabricated internal links. Article generation could invent a link to a page that didn't exist — now caught before publish.
